The other day, one of our customer who bought our LM GTE460 gas turbine engine model, reported some problem in the engine support. Where it tend to detached from the engine when subjected to horizontal movement.
And we really value customer’s feedback. It is essential and valuable for our product improvement. So alhamdulillah, by the help of Allah, we can timely designed the upgraded support, and send it to the customer on time. All free of charge.
We also released a service bulletin 😁
Then contacted all other LM GTE460 owners to asked whether they experienced the same issue. And for the one who does, we will provide free upgraded support in syaa Allaah.
