Once upon a time, in a project, a big one, someone mentioned a very good project wisdom. He said that in every project, there’s always three things: Quality, Cost, and Schedule. And we can’t have the luxury of those three things all at once. At max, we can only have two. We can have a good quality and low cost project, but at the expense of long project schedule. Or we can have a low cost one, with a short schedule, while sacrificing quality. And if we want high quality as well as fast schedule, then we need to pay more.

Having said that, if schedule is your main concern, then a modular integration of process equipment packages might be the solution 😁
